Staff levels are always set to ensure maximum comfort, care and safety for all of our residents. Peak staff levels are ordinarily four to five and never drop below two, even at night.
Each room is fitted with two Emergency Alarms, one can be moved around your room and the other is fitted in your en suite bathroom.
We will assist you, if you wish, in administering any medicines and treatment you require. We will always care for you safely and protect you from harm.
